How to Use a 24v DC Water Heater Ellement

You can use a 24v DC water heater element in many different situations. You can connect your heater to a 600-watt panel of solar energy. You can then connect the charger to the 24v output of the heater and add a high-current DC relay as an inline switching device between the bank and element. You will require a high-current cable to do this. You can also install a standard water tank thermostat to turn the element off when a preset temperature is reached.
