Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Warranty:

Bluetooth Battery Warranty:

Bluetooth Batteries have a 10 year repair/replace warranty. This is if the battery is fully charged and discharged on average no more than once a day. If under normal working conditions and maintenance the battery does not stay above 70% of its initial capacity within 10 years we will repair or replace it for you. Customers are required to pay shipping. Customers are also required to submit dated screenshots from the bluetooth app every 2 months showing that the battery has been discharged and recharged fully at least once in the 2 months. 

Stand Battery Warranty:

Non Bluetooth Batteries have a 5 year repair/replace warranty. This is if the battery is fully charged and discharged on average no more than once a day. If under normal working conditions and maintenance the battery does not stay above 70% of its initial capacity within 5 years we will repair or replace it for you. Customers are required to pay shipping. Customers are also required to submit dated videos every 2 months showing that the battery has been discharged and recharged fully at least once every 2 months. 

Refunds

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund policy

We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our products, that we’re willing to offer a 30 day risk free money back guarantee. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 30 days of making a purchase.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Returns can be mailed to: 3019 Ocean Park Blvd Unit 122, Santa Monica, CA 90405. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
